Doha – Mubasher: The main index of the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) closed Wednesday’s trading dropping by 0.99% or 106 points to the level of 10,545.01 points.
The insurance sector topped the red list with a fall of 1.41% as Qatar Insurance slid 1.9%.
The industrial sector also shrank by 1.35% as Gulf International topped led decliners with a 4.2% decrease.
The banks sector retreated 0.7%, dragged by a fall of 1.16% in QNB.
Qatar Industrial Manufacturing headed the green list with a growth of 2.2%.
Vodafone Qatar made the biggest trading volume activity with 909,100 traded shares, while Gulf International made the highest liquidity of QAR 30.3 million.
