Doha – Mubasher: The main index of the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) fell 0.22% or 21.85 points to 10,068.01 points in Sunday’s early trades.
By 10:05 am Qatar time, three sectors dropped, led by the real estate sector which lost 0.7% as Ezdan Holding Group decreased 0.98%, followed by Mazaya Qatar with 0.40%, and United Development with 0.16%.
The banks sector tumbled 0.27% after Ahli Bank retreated 4.09%.
The telecoms sector shed 0.23% as Vodafone Qatar levelled down 1.38%.
On the other hand, three sectors rose, topped by the services sector with 0.19%, while the industrials and insurance sectors increased 0.12% each.
Liquidity reached QAR 73.56 million after 3.58 million shares were traded through 531 transactions.
Vodafone Qatar’s stock led in terms of traded volume with 1.12 million shares, while the Commercial Bank of Qatar (CBQ) led in terms of trading value with a liquidity of QAR 30.91 million.
