Doha – Mubasher: The main index of the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) fell 0.13% or 11.53 points to reach 9,178.55 points in Thursday’s early trades.
By 9:53 am Qatar time, three sectors dropped, led by the telecoms sector with 1.07% after Ooredoo declined 1.26%.
The industrials sector shed 0.41% as Qatar Industrials Manufacturing Company (QIMC), Industries Qatar, and Qatar National Cement Company decreased 1.21%, 0.93%, and 0.77%, respectively.
On the other hand, the transportation sector rose 0.96% and the real estate sector increased 0.68%.
Traded volume reached 704,040 shares with a liquidity of QAR 22.19 million.
Masraf Al Rayan’s stock was the most active in terms of trading volume with 157,330 shares exchanged with a turnover of QAR 6.3 million.
