Mubasher: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) opened Monday’s trading with negative performance.
By 09:45 am Qatar time, the general index inched down 0.04% to 10,348 points, losing 4 points.
Turnover amounted to QAR 12.3 million after 939,000 shares were traded through 637 transactions.
The real estate sector topped decliners after falling 0.5%, while the insurance sector headed the gainers adding 0.63%.
QAMCO’s stock, which went down 0.23%, led the QSE in terms of trading volume with 289,200, generating QAR 3.83 million in liquidity.
