Doha - Mubasher: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) will stage a rebound in the upcoming period, bolstered by a buying appetite of local and foreign portfolios expected during the couple of months ahead, financial analyst Ayoub Eshban told Mubasher.
Eshban justified his forecasts saying that investors will step up activity when the reporting season is in full swing.
Global and regional markets have been suffering from political instability and falling oil prices, factors that overshadowed the financial sector across the world, the analyst said.
On Sunday, the Qatari stocks lost about 24 points to 10,836.19 points, snapping a two-day gaining run.
