Cairo - Mubasher: Qalaa Holdings said its subsidiary MENA Glass LTD has closed the sale of its entire stake in two of its units, according to a bourse filing posted Thursday.
The equities in Misr Glass Manufacturing Company (MGM) and United Glass Company (UGC), were sold at a value amounting to EGP 828 millionز
Earlier, Qalaa signed an agreement with Middle East Glass Manufacturing Company for the sale of its stake in MGM, a leading producer and exporter of glass containers across the Middle East and North Africa.
