Cairo - Mubasher: Qalaa Holdings said number of its related parties raised their stake in the company to 5.216% from 4.856%.
The related parties are Coronation Africa Frontiers Fund Universal, Coronation Global Opportunities Fund, University of Notre Dame Di Lac, HBD Jersey Limited and Coronation Global Frontiers Master Fund.
The related parties increased their stake through buying 5,254,961 shares at average buying price of EGP 1.3204 per share for total amount of EGP 6.938 million
