Qalyubia sees EGP 240m electricity projects

Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s governorate of Qalyubia is witnessing a surge in the implementation of new electricity projects during 2019, the Middle East News Agency (MENA) reported.

With total investments of EGP 240 million, several power projects have been established in the Egyptian governorate, governor of Qalyubia, Abdel Hamid El-Haggan, said.

Additionally, new projects are currently being constructed with total investments of EGP 170 million to be directed to the establishment of new electricity plants and electric panels in electricity-deficient areas as well as other new projects and investment zones, he added.
