Riyadh – Mubasher: Qassim Agriculture Co. (QACO) filed a new lawsuit on Monday in the administrative court of Riyadh against commercial companies concerning the termination of a contract.
The companies are Company Meadows Farm Marketing, Laboon Food Product Co. Ltd., AL Bandariyah Dairy Co. and Abdullah Mansour Hamad Al Saghir Company, according to a bourse filing.
The court hearing date was set on 8 February.
In December, 2015, a Riyadh court issued a ruling ordering Al Bandariyah Group defendants to be held in custody and pay SAR 25.33 million to QACO.
