Riyadh-Mubasher: A Riyadh court has issued a ruling ordering Al Bandariyah Group defendants to be held in custody and pay SAR 25.33 million to Qassim Agriculture Co. (QACO).
The ruling is irrevocable, and a claim for the remaining SAR 2.5 million is being considered by the Board of Grievances, the statement said in a bourse statement Tuesday.
The relevant financial impact will materialise in the fourth quarter of 2015.
