Mubasher: Qatar Airways CEO on Wednesday announced the gradual increase in the number of flights allowed between the European Union (EU) and Qatar.
Earlier this week, both sides signed a deal allowing Qatari and EU member state airlines to have unlimited access between each other’s territories by 2024, Reuters reported.
“Once it is ratified, there [will be] a gradual increase of frequencies until [Qatar Airways and EU airlines] achieve full open skies somewhere in the next half of next decade between 2020 and 2024,” Akbar al-Baker added.
