Mubasher: Qatar Airways Cargo has launched freighter services to Guadalajara, Mexico, as part of its network expansion in the Americas.
The Gulf nation’s carrier announced the launch of the first of its twice-weekly freighters to Guadalajara, according to a statement on Monday.
The new freighter is an important addition to the Qatar Airways Cargo’s expanding network, which includes more than 60 freighter destinations, Qatar Airways chief officer cargo Guillaume Halleux said.
Qatar Airways Cargo increased cargo volumes by 10% in 2018 compared to 2017, while exports jumped by 14% and transshipments grew by 12% over 2018, Halleux added.
