Qatar Airways to host 1st CAPA Qatar Aviation Summit in 2019

Mubasher: Qatar Airways on Tuesday has announced that it will host the first round of ‘CAPA Qatar Aviation, Aeropolitical and Regulatory Summit’ in cooperation with the Centre for Aviation (CAPA).

The summit will take place from 5 to 6 February 2019 at Doha, according to the carrier’s recent statement.

The two-day event, which is the first of its kind to be held in the Middle East, will host around 300 senior decision-makers from across the airline, legal and government sectors.

The event will discuss the latest developments in international aviation regulation, both within the Gulf region and globally.

“We invite all industry leaders to join us in Doha to engage in dynamic discussions and meet with senior decision makers from the aviation industry and government,” Peter Harbison, CAPA Executive Chairman, said.

It is worth noting that CAPA, which was established in 1990, is considered one of the world’s most trusted sources of market intelligence for the aviation and travel industry.

CAPA has a global network of researchers and analysts located across Europe, North America, Asia and Australia. It also hosts a series of global summit events in key markets throughout the year.
