Doha – Mubasher: Qatar-China trade exchange reached over $10.3 billion in 2017, Qatar Chamber’s deputy chairman Muhammed Bin Ahmed Bin Towar revealed on Sunday.
China is one of our best trade partners, as both nations have distinguished and deep economic, trade, and cultural relationships, Bin Towar added.
Beijing-Doha bilateral relations developed vastly during the last few years, which was crowned with the inauguration of the first Renminbi clearing hub in the Middle East, Qatar Renminbi Center, the deputy chairman said.
Qatari businessmen are so interested in exploring investment opportunities in China in several fields including construction, information technology, electronics, electricity, and mining, Bin Towar said.
