Doha – Mubasher: Trade exchange volume between Qatar and France rose in 2015 to QAR 7.5 billion ($2.06 billion) from QAR 4.7 billion ($1.29 billion) in 2014 in 2010, Qatar's Minister of Economy and Commerce, Ahmed bin Jassim bin Mohammed Al-Thani, said yesterday.
The total number of French companies operating in the gulf state reached 294 companies, of which 66 with 100% French ownership and 228 companies in partnership with the Qatari side, according to Qatar News Agency citing the minister’s opening speech at Qatari- French Business meeting (Cadran).
