Doha-Mubasher: Qatar General Insurance and Reinsurance Co SAQ (QGRI) made earnings of QAR 785 million ($215.4 million) in the fourth quarter of 2015, a rise of 5% compared with QAR 747.9 million ($205.2 million).
Full-year earnings grew 0.63% year-on-year from QAR 920 million to QAR 925.8 million.
The board recommended cash dividends for 2015 at QAR 1.5 a share and 1-for-10 bonus share distribution.
Ordinary and extraordinary general meetings will be held on 15 March, at 4:00pm.
