Doha-Mubasher: Japan's foreign affairs ministry said the double taxation avoidance agreement signed with Qatar will be effective as of 30 December.
On 30 November, diplomatic documents were exchanged between the two parties to bring the agreement into effect.
Under the agreement, there will be no income tax on international transport business in the exporting country.
