Mubasher: The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) on Wednesday announced that Qatar has named Saad Al Kaabi as head of the country’s OPEC delegation.
Al Kaabi replaced Mohammed al-Sada, according to OPEC’s statement.
Earlier this month, Qatar's Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued decree No.7 of 2018 for reshuffling the Council of Ministers.
Accordingly, Al Kaabi was appointed Minister of State for Energy Affairs
