Doha – Mubasher: Qatar’s Ruler Prince Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani has issued Emiree Decree No. 12 of 2018, appointing Hamad Bin Nasser Al Mahdi as a head of the Administrative Control and Transparency Authority (ACTA).
The decree must be effective as of the date of its publication in the official gazette, the Emiree Court stated on Sunday.
ACTA was established pursuant to the Emiree Decree No. 75 of 2011 and reports directly to the Qatari ruler. Its mission is to control ministries, public services and entities, among others.
