Doha – Mubasher: Qatar’s Ministry of Communication and Information Technology said that the country’s digital landscape is healthy and effective under the sector’s legislations but meanwhile stressed on further updating of the country’s regulatory tools to keep pace with developments and demands of such an untypical economy.
“We can’t draw a full picture of the Qatari digital scene without addressing the great amount of digital data produced on a daily basis by individuals and institutions,” Dr. Hessa Al Jaber said during her speech in the opening session of the Euromoney Qatar Conference 2015.
Qatar launched on Wednesday the fourth “Euromoney Qatar Conference 2015” to discuss the outlook for the global economy in light of the new economic landscape, under the patronage of the state’s Prime Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani.
