Doha – Mubasher: The main index of the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE), on Monday, declined in early trading by 0.30% or 31.46 points to the level of 10m312.93 points.
Trading volume reached 940,750 shares exchanged at QAR 23.6 million through 469 transactions.
The real estate sector dropped 0.77% as United Development fell 1.54%, the industrial sector shrank 0.19% due to a 1.13% decrease in Gulf International.
Meanwhile, the banking sector advanced 0.06% as Qatar Oman Investment rose 1%, while Dlala Holding topped losers with a 2.14% fall.
Qatar First Bank was the largest-traded stock with a volume of 200,050 shares, while Barwa Real Estate made the highest turnover of QAR 6.19 million.
