Mubasher: The Qatari Council of Ministers General Secretariat on Wednesday approved the draft law which allows non-Qatari residents to own properties and benefit from them.
This will be subject to the conditions and regulatory procedures that the Qatari body will set them, according to a statement.
This decision was based on a suggestion by a committee to organise the ownership of non-Qatari for properties and these properties are: land spaces, buildings, and residential units.
