Mubasher: The Qatar Central Bank (QCE) has sold QAR 500 million ($138 million) treasury bills across three tranches.
The first tranche is valued at QAR 300 million and matures in three years or on 2 April, with a 2.36% yield, the QCB’s data showed.
The second tranche, due in six months or on 2 July, amounts to QAR 100 million with a yield of 2.43%, while the third tranche, also worth QAR 100 million, matures in nine months and has a yield of 2.72%.
In 2018, Qatar sold QAR 10.7 billion three-, six-, and nine-month T-bills.
