Mubasher: The Qatari real estate transactions reached 1,700 with a total value of QAR 9.1 billion ($2.5 billion) for the first half of 2017.
Doha ranked the first in terms of the property transactions’ value after acquiring 49.3% of the total, or 439 transactions, with QAR 4.47 billion, according to Roots Real Estate’s report.
Al Rayyan came the second, making up 22.3% of the real estate deals, or 349 transactions, with a combined value of QAR 2.02 billion.
