Doha – Mubasher: Mannai Corporation QSC is set to finalise the acquisition of a 51% stake in France-based GFI Informatique this year, said board member Mohamed Al-Kobaisi.
Mannai is currently getting required approvals in France to complete the takeover, he told reporters.
GFI Informatique, estimated at around EUR 561 million, is a key player in Europe’s technology and software value-added services, with revenues of up to EUR 804 million in 2014.
“The acquisition will diversify Mannai’s operations globally and boost its sources of income,” said Al-Kobaisi.
