Qatar – Mubasher: Qatar’s gross domestic product (GDP) grew by 3.8% year-on-year in the third quarter of 2015 to reach approx. QAR 201.33 billion, said the Ministry of Development Planning and Statistics.
The country’s GDP at current prices amounted to QAR 147.43 billion, down 22.8% compared with estimates for the third quarter of 2014.
The rise in non-oil activities during the third quarter was ascribed to the increase in building, trade, hotels, restaurants and financial services sectors.
