Doha – Mubasher: Qatar’s emir issued a decree on Wednesday to restructure the formation of the council of ministers, according to the state-run Qatar News Agency (QNA).
The emir, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, named Dr Khalid bin Mohamed Al Attiyah as Minister of State for Defence Affairs, Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdurrahman Al-Thani as Foreign Minister.
Salah bin Ghanem Al Ali was announced Minister of Culture and Sports, while Issa Bin Saad Al Jafali Al Nuaimi became Minister of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs.
According to the first decree in 2016, Jassim bin Saif Al Sulati was appointed as Minister of Transport and Communications, while Mohamed bin Abdullah Al Rumaihi was Minister of Municipality and Environment.
Lastly, Dr Hanan Mohamed Al Kuwari was named Minister of Public Health.
