Mubasher: The Qatari real estate transactions slid 61% month-on-month to QAR 2.52 billion in November 2017 from QAR 6.52 billion in October, the Justice Ministry's data showed.
Similarly, property transactions dropped 3.8% year-on-year in November 2017, compared to QAR 2.62 billion in the same period last year, the data demonstrated.
Doha ranked the first in terms of value of property transactions with a total of QAR 147.7 million through sales of 123 property.
Al Rayyan came the second with sales of 111 property, followed by Al Daayen with 46 property.
