Mubasher: Qatar is weighing up raising its stake in Russia's largest oil producer Rosneft, Faisal Alsuwaidi, member of the board of directors of Rosneft, has said on Thursday.
The gas-rich nation does not have an immediate plan for this move, Alsuwaidi added.
In 2017, Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) agreed on selling 14.6% of his stake in Rosneft to CEFC China Energy, a private Chinese conglomerate, with a total value of $9.1 billion.
