Doha – Mubasher: The Qatari bourse’s main index rose in Wednesdays’ early trading by 0.13% or 13 points to the level of 9,972.26 points.
Al Rayan Islamic Index went up 0.19% to 3,675 points, and the All Shares Index increased 0.11% to 2,659 points.
Trading value reached about QAR 13.8 million through 276 transactions on 294,500 shares.
The telecom sector rose 0.29%, while transportation fell by 0.73%.
Islamic Holding was the best performer with a growth of 3.36%, while Qatar Gas Transport was the lowest with a decrease of 1.43%.
Yesterday, the benchmark index also dipped 0.82% or 82.03 points to the level of 9,959.67 points.
