Doha – Mubasher: The Qatar Stock Exchange’s (QSE) main index rose at Sunday’s close by 0.06% or 5.82 points to the level of 9,780.80 points.
Trading volume decreased to 2.89 million shares from 6.02 million shares exchanged on Thursday, turnover also shrank (Photo credit: to QAR 91.24 million from QAR 249.48 million.
The real estate sector levelled up 0.32% as Ezdan Holding advanced 0.67%, the banking sector rose 0.31% as Al Khaliji Bank, up 4.5%, topped the green list.
Meanwhile, the transportation sector dropped 0.52%, pressured by a fall of 0.61% in Nakilat and 0.58% in Milaha
QNB made the highest turnover of QAR 15.82 million, while Vodafone Qatar made the biggest trading volume activity of 975,800 shares.
