Doha – Mubasher: The main index of Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) closed in red on pressures from three sectors.
The main index fell 0.11% or 11.32 points to the level of 10,414.65 points. Meanwhile, Al Rayan Islamic Index rose 0.03% to 3,935.23 points and the All Share Index advanced 0.02% to 2,839.87 points.
Trading volume decreased 50.72% to 10.5 million shares. Turnover also dropped 38.8% to QAR 414.86 million ($113.92 million).
The insurance, real estate and telecom sectors slid 1.44%, 1.15% and 0.24% respectively.
The main index closed Thursday on a positive note.
