Doha – Mubasher: The main index of the Qatari bourse shed 1.03% or 89.78 points to the level of 8,599.59 points in Thursday’s early trading.
Meanwhile, Al Rayan Islamic Index dropped 1.47% to 3,036 points, and the All Shares Index slipped 1.01% to 2,289 points.
Turnover reached about QAR 14.1 million through 366 transactions on 546,500 shares.
The real estate was the worst sector as it dropped 1.02%, followed by telecom after going 0.78% down.
Qatar National Cement was the best performing share in early trading after advancing 2.84%, while Dlala Holding was the weakest with a drop of 2.70%.
The main index closed Wednesday at 8,689.37 points after dipping 3.31% or 297.13 points.
