Doha – Mubasher: The Qatar Exchange’s main index grew this week by 0.22% or 22.96 points to the level of 10,435.46 points.
Trading volume decreased 50.2% to 29.5 million shares from 59.3 million shares exchanged last week, turnover also shrank by 60.4% to QAR 1.12 billion from QAR 2.8 billion.
The market capitalisation rose this week by 0.19% or QAR 1.1 billion to QAR 560.7 billion, compared to QAR 559.6 billion last week.
Out of 44 companies, 19 stocks ended the week in green, while 21 others came in the red list and the remaining four were flat.
