Doha – Mubasher: The Qatari bourse’s main index continued its fall in Wednesday’s early session, as it declined by about 0.21% or 22 points to the level of 10,780.04 points, amid mixed performance by its sectors.
The Qatar Stock Exchange’s (QSE) Al Rayan Islamic Index rose by about 0.03% to 4059 points and similarly the All Shares Index gained 0.19% to 2875 points.
Morning trading value came to about QAR 14.46 million reached from executing around 359 trades on 437,120 shares.
The real estate sector made the highest performance after surging by 0.37% to top the green list, while the insurance sector was the lowest with a drop of 4.31%.
Qatar International Islamic Bank share led the risers with 1.17%, while Qatar Insurance share was on top of the red list with a fall of 6.20%.
QSE main index closed Tuesday with a decline of 0.07% to 10,802.29 points, amid a fall by most of its sectors.
