Mubasher: The development planning and statistics ministry of Qatar disclosed that the number of building permits issued in February shrank by 32% when compared to January 2018.
The Qatari government has issued 640 building permits in February 2018 compared to 941 in January, according to the ministry’s monthly report.
Al Wakrah municipality topped the list in terms of the issued permits, acquiring 156 building permits or 24% of the total issued number.
Al Rayyan followed Al Wakrah with 136 issued building permits that formed 21% of the total permits.
Residential and non-residential building permits acquired 62% of the total 640 building permits issued in February.
