Doha – Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Qatari bourse edged up 0.30% or 28.26 points to the level of 9,505.35 points in Wednesday’s early trading.
Al Rayan Islamic Index also gained 0.32% to 3,490 points, and the All Shares Index was up 0.31% to 2,539 points.
Trading value reached QAR 33.6 million through executing 450 transactions on 939,500 shares.
The banking sector came first in the green list as it advanced 0.56%, while insurance topped the fallers as it went 0.71% lower.
Qatar National Bank was the top performing share by a growth of 1.90%, while Qatar General Insurance and Reinsurance was the weakest with a 3.81% decrease.
The main index closed yesterday with a decline of 2.01% or 195 points to the level of 9,477.09 points.
