Doha – Mubasher: The Qatar Exchange’s main index declined in Sunday’s early trading by 1.05% or 109.41 points to the level of 10,266.79 points.
Trading volume reached 2.26 million shares exchanged at QAR 91.55 million ($25.15 million) through 1,225 transactions.
The bourse’s sectors dropped semi-collectively, topped by transportation with a fall of 1.37%, while the telecom rose alone by 1.41%.
Qatar Islamic Insurance topped losers after shrinking 3.74%, while Qatari Investors Group, Ooredoo and National Leasing Holding (Alijarah) rose by 9.93%, 2.26% and 0.30% respectively.
The benchmark index rose on Thursday by 0.61% or 63.32 points to the level of 10,376.20 points.
