Doha – Mubasher: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) is expected to rebound to the green zone, supported by internal and external factors, including cash dividend distributions and increasing oil prices, financial analyst and economic advisor, Ayoub Eshban, told Mubasher on Sunday.
“QSE’s internal factors are all good, positive and based on a strong economy. The bourse’s decline was a result to falling oil prices, the week growth in the global economy and geopolitical situation,” Eshban explained.
“Oil prices rose by 9%, which will reflect positively on global markets and restore confidence to investors,” he added.
The bourse’s main index closed Thursday dropping 1.21% or 105.36 points to the level of 8,584.01 points.
