Doha – Mubasher: The Qatar Exchange’s main index dropped 0.1% or 10.82 points in Wednesday’s early trading, reaching the level of 10,304.09 points.
Meanwhile, Al Rayan Islamic Index and the All Share Index rose by 0.48% and 0.08% respectively.
Trading volume came to 2.3 million shares through 1,506 transactions. Turnover reached 97.7 million ($26.83 million).
Qatari Investors Group was the best performing share as it added 4.59%, while Qatar International Islamic Bank (QIIB) topped losers by falling 5.03%.
Qatar Oman Investment was the most traded stock with a volume of 391.8 million shares exchanged at QAR 5.02 million ($1.38 million), rising 1.9%.
Qatari Investors stock made the highest liquidity with QAR 17 million ($4.67 million) as 295,500 shares were traded, rising 4.59%.
The bourse’s main gauge rose yesterday by 1.69% or 171.28 points to 10,316.67 points.
