Doha – Mubasher: The Qatar Exchange’s main index slid 0.58% or 60 points in Monday’s early trading, reaching the level of 10,202.9 points.
Al Rayan Islamic Index declined 1.05%, while the All Share Index shrank 0.55%.
Trading volume reached 2.8 million shares through 2,050 trades with a turnover of QAR 121.7 million.
The telecom sector advanced 0.4% as Ooredoo topped gainers with a growth of 1.01%.
The industrial sector dropped 1.08% due to the fall in Gulf International and Industries Qatar by 1.95% and 1.81% respectively.
Widam Food topped losers with a 5.2% decrease as 28,500 shares were exchanged at QAR 1.8 million.
Medicare Group was the most active stock with 643,000 shares exchanged at QAR 59.8 million. The stock declined 3.94%.
