Mubasher: National Petroleum Services (Napesco) announced that Qurain Petrochemical Industries has purchased an equity in Napesco during the trading session on Tuesday.
Qurain Petrochemical has bought 626,000 shares in Napesco at a value of 750 fils per share, totalling around KWD 469,500, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.
Qurain owns the largest stake of 51.48% in Napesco, whose capital stands at KWD 10 million.
