Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: RAK Cement said its board recommended to distribute 3% cash dividends or 3 fils per share for the fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse filing.
Total proposed dividends stood at AED 16.78 million for FY16.
The company’s capital amounted to AED 559.02 million, distributed on 559.02 million shares at AED 1 per share.
