Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: RAK Cement bought back 187,685 shares on 4 August, representing 9.302% of its capital, according to a bourse statement.
The company purchased the shares at AED 0.80 each, totalling AED 150,150.
As a result, the number of treasury shares grew to 52 million, with 3.9 million shares remaining to be bought.
