Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: RAK Cement repurchased 162,320 shares on 25 August, representing 9.819% of its capital, according to a bourse filing.
The company purchased the shares at AED 0.81 each, totalling AED 131,480.
The number of treasury shares increased to 54.89 million, with 1.01 million shares remaining to be bought.
