Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: RAK Cement said it repurchased 200,000 of its shares on Sunday, representing 8.06% of capital.
The company bought its shares at AED 0.81 per share, bringing the total value of the bought shares to AED 162,000, according to a filing to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Monday.
RAK Cement’s shares remained stable at AED 0.81 mid-session on Monday, after a total of 665,000 shares were traded at a turnover of AED 538,650.
