Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Ras Al Khaimah Cement repurchased 323,900 shares, or 9.43% of capital, last on 18 August 2016, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The company bought back the shares at AED 0.81 each, totalling AED 262,360 on Thursday.
Thus, the company has roughly bought back 52.71 million shares while the remaining treasury shares are 3.19 million shares.
The stock quote was 1.22% lower to AED 0.81 on Thursday.
