Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Ras Al Khaimah Cement Co. (RAK Cement) said it repurchased 551,199 shares on 18 November, representing 1.385% of the capital at AED 0.85, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
Accordingly, the total number of treasury shares rose to 16.62 million shares, with 39.27 million shares remaining to be bought as part of the company’s buyback programme.
As a result, the company’s stock rose 8.54% to reach AED 0.85.
