Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Abu Dhabi-listed RAK Cement repurchased 600,000 shares at AED 0.82 each on 18 May, representing 7.41% of the capital, according to a bourse filing.
Accordingly, the total number of treasury shares rose to 41.42 million shares, with 14.48 million shares remaining to be bought as part of the company’s buyback programme.
The company's stock did not see any trading activity in Thursday's early trades.
