Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Abu Dhabi-listed RAK Cement repurchased 494,200 shares on 26 June, accounting for 8.79% of the capital, according to a bourse filing.
The company bought the shares at AED 0.79 each, totalling AED 390,400.
As a result, the total number of treasury shares increased to 49.19 million, with 6.72 million shares remaining to be purchased.
